This
is the most powerful form in DBZ. It was first shown in the series
as Goku was explaining to Majin Buu the differences. The main characteristics
are the long hair, extended brow, and complete lack of eyebrows.
The power at this level is tremendous and SS3 Goku could have easily
defeated Buu right there but he wanted to leave that up to the others.
