My Rating:**** Slow at first but get's good at the end

The movie starts off with the announcement of an interplanetary martial arts tournament. It is sponsored by a tycoon named Mr. Money and he is holding the event for his son Dollar. All creatures from around the universe can compete. This is the time after the defeat of Cell and Goku and King Kai are still on Snake Way. They watch the announcement on King Kai's TV when Mr. Satan (Hercule) arrives on the seen as the "Savior of the Earth" because he "defeated" Cell.

The tournament starts off in normal fashion with the rules and number of matches explained. Krillin deposed of his section easily and believes he has the prize in the bag. His hopefulness is spoiled when he learns Gohan, Piccolo, and Trunks have also entered the tournament. A fighter is disqualified if he falls off the cliff. Gohan is the first to qualify by being the last one on his cliff. Trunks, Krillin, and Piccolo also qualify along with Tien.

The first match is between Gohan and Udo (another qualifier). Gohan quickly disposes of him with one swift kick. The second match is a little more sporting with Tien facing Trunks. It is evenly contested until Trunks goes Super Saiyan and quickly throws Tien into the water. After the match Mr. Satan fakes a stomach ache to try to escape his doom but is spotted by a huge mob who begin "Satan" chants. The third make is between Krillin and Piccolo. Every thinks Krillin had no chance but Piccolo flies away and Krillin wins by default. The fourth match isn't shown but the last contestant is a sumo that looks like E. Honda from street fighter.

The final four fighters are moved to a remote island where they are in four quadrants. They must find there way to the center of the quad and fight a fighter from one of the four galaxies. The first one to defeat his respective fighter and take the elevator at the center of the quad back to the center stage is declared the winner and fight Mr. Satan for the title.

Krillin is the first one to find his opponent in the "hell" looking environment. It is a red-haired girl who Krillin thinks will be easy to defeat. However with a few quick blows, Krillin is down. The sumo is the next to find his opponent in the desert environment. A blue-skinned, orange-mohawk, man who quickly takes the offensive. In a matter of seconds, he chokes the big man out. However these opponents who were supposed to be Mr. Satan's pupils are really unknown fighters that have begun to destroy the tournament. Trunks finds his "opponent" next, a spikey-yellow-haired warrior who yields a sword. The battle quickly intensifies as the yellow-haired warrior powers up and his hair changes to dark red. Gohan who is in a toyland environment finds his warrior soon after. A smaller man with blue skin and a blue turban. Gohan stating that it is only a game finds out that the warrior is not playing as the toyland fades into a barren forest.

The red-haired warrior lands some blows on Trunks and is about to slay his with his sword, but not before Trunks goes SS and blocks the sword with his forearm. The sword snaps and Trunks punches right through the warriors chest defeating him. However not a second later another fighter appears behind Trunks and knocks him out. Vegeta (still on Earth) awakes with a terrible feeling.

The masses on Earth chant for Mr. Satan to join battle which he eventually does. However more importantly King Kai reveals to Goku the leader of this gang, a warrior by the name of Bojack who is filled with bad ki and tried to destroy the four galaxies one by one. He is said to be worse than evil Piccolo and King Kai states that he along with the other 3 Kais, sealed him in a star at the far end of the galaxy. However because Goku destroyed King Kai died the battle with Cell, the seal was broken and Bojack was released.

Gohan escapes the warrior only to find Trunks and Krillin in a heap on the ground. Bojack appears for the first time with his hench-men. Yamcha and Tien show up arriving from the travel pods. Bojacks men state that Earth is the most beautiful planet in the northern galaxy and Bojack will take it. Yamcha and Tien are quickly taken care of by Bojack's men which leaves only Gohan left to fight. Gohan battles all three fighters at once and takes a good beating. He holds his own however. Trunks gains consciences again and Goku urges his son (from Snake Way of course) to get angry and show his true power.

Bojack sends one final blow towards Gohan (who is so weak he loses SS), but Piccolo deflects the blast with a demon ray. Piccolo (who during his fight with Krillin earlier stated his wanted a man with spirit now says he had found one) begins to fight with Bojack. He is ultimately beaten but Trunks saves him from being destroyed by sending energy blasts at Bojack. Trunks looks to go on the offensive but is restrained by an attack from one of Bojack's fighters. While he is restrained another fighter launches a sharp rock at his back but it is deflected by Trunks' sword which was tossed to him by Vegeta. Vegeta blows up the roof the fighters were standing on and goes on the offensive against Bojack.

Vegeta is torn apart by Bojack and Trunks is taken down once again, leaving Gohan to fight alone. He is trapped by the same psychic technique that beat Trunks and he is pummeled by Bojack. However, Mr. Satan arrives and distracts them just enough to release Gohan from there grip. Satan's ship is destroyed and Gohan begins fighting all four at once. Bojack then puts Gohan in a death bear hug and squeezes the life out of Gohan. However, Goku uses Instant Transmission from Snake Way and punches Bojack square in the face and catches his son telling him to show them his real power. Realizing what his father did for him, Gohan goes Super Saiyan 2 which is the first time since he went SS2 during his battle with Cell. He then unleashes a tremendous power and decimates two of the three warriors of Bojack. Bojack then sacrifices the last warrior and in a last attempt gets a hole punched right through his chest by Gohan and Gohan finishes him with a full scale Kamehameha wave. Of course all the credit is given to Mr. Satan and all the Z-fighters are recovering in the hospital. The End.
