Movie Rating*** Not a great plot, but still some good action with Goten, Trunks, and Brolly

The movie begins in a lab where this tycoon appears. In the lab man are released from the tubes filled with liquid. The tycoon says he will pay whatever amount for these Bio-fighters as he calls them. He mentions that he will finally get his revenge against Mr. Satan.

The scene moves to Mr. Satan's house where 18 is destroying his stuff. (Note* This movie takes place after Mr. Satan wins the belt during the Majin Buu saga. She is there to get her 20 million she was promised for throwing the fight and letting Satan win.) Of course Satan doesn't have her money which makes 18 even more mad. Krillin, Marron(his daughter), Trunks and Goten wait outside while 18 conducts her business. A car flies overhead and lands near the pool of Mr. Satan's. He interrupts 18 and Satan's conversation by announcing that Mr. Satan has someone that would like to challenge him. Satan says he has no time for such things, but his mind is quickly changed when he learns that it is his old rival Jaguar who wants to fight him. Satan still refuses until the man blackmails him with info about his past and is promised that there are no "golden-haired fighters." Satan agrees and 18 who doesn't trust he will come back goes along against Krillin's wishes. However Trunks and Goten hope into the trunk of the car just as it flies away.

Mr. Satan and 18 are taken to a remote island where they enter a castle where all the bio-fighters are training. Satan makes his presence known and so does Jaguar by falling on his face. Jaguar is a short, fat man that has enherited his father's estate and is filthy rich. He has used this money to engineer the bio-fighters and has created a fighting ring to defeat Mr. Satan for all the times he lost to him as a youth. Goten and Trunks sneak into the castle with the others, while Trunks explains what biotechnology is to Goten.

Mr. Satan rushes into the arena, but slipping on a banana peel makes a fool of himself. The arena is huge and filled with exotic things. Satan is surprised by the lack of audience provided for him and no cameras. Jaguar amuses himself as he eats showing Satan a small home camera. The boys help themselves to the food and notice a man behind Jaguar that was a priest they had met earlier. Satan wants to get things started and throws his cape up in typical fashion. However the bio-fighters destroy the cape before it even touches the ground. Satan opts for 18 to go first. She agrees and Trunks and Goten also join the fight. The three of them easily defeat the bio-fighters.

Mr. Satan's cockiness becomes to much for Jaguar, and he reveals his entire Bio-Tech lab by opening up the walls. The boys fly over to the scientists to ask them questions when Goten discovers a bio-fighter with a tail that looks very much like a Saiyan. Upon a closer look, they discover it is none other than Brolly. They boys fly away and are worried for they destroyed Brolly in Movie 10 using the Kamehameha wave. The doctors empty Brolly's tank and the boys decide to talk to the priest they earlier recognized. Mr. Satan tells 18 to stand back and let him handle this one.

The boys confront the priest and ask him if Brolly was still alive. He tells them what happened and how he took some of Brolly's frozen blood and sold it to Jaguar and the engineers did they rest. Trunks and Goten ask him is he knows the seriousness of bringing Brolly back and the priest flees the scence saying it is none of his concern. The boys decide to destroy Brolly before he can exist the tube. The join together for a Kamehameha, but are too late. The chamber opens and Brolly is released. The scientists close the chamber up, but Brolly busts through them. However, he doesn't resemble Brolly at all. He is covered in bio-tech slime and besides a few yellow spikes of hair he is unrecognizable.

All the bio-fighters are programmed to Jaguar's voice. He orders Brolly to destroy Mr. Satan. He pleads for 18 to help him and she agrees for another 20 million zeni. She attacks Brolly head on, not knowing who he really is, and gets pummeled with one shot. Brolly then moves toward Satan and releases an energy attack, but Satan is saved by Trunks. The highly corrosive bio slime begins to destroy everything after Brolly's blast. Trunks and Goten decide to fight Brolly themselves and go Super Saiyan. Satan seeing them become "the golden haired fighters" believes he is saved, but not before slipping off a roof.

Trunks and Goten begin there fight with Brolly, as everyone else flees from the bio slime. The priest believes he has recieved his vengence but quickly is melted from the bio slime. All of the scientists become trapped in an elevator and also die from the bio slime. 18 recovers from her shot earlier and attacks Brolly again. Brolly begins to attack her again but Krillin steps in and pulls her to safety. He tells her he had a hunch that something would go wrong. Brolly approaches the fallen Krillin and 18 but Satan who was crawling down a pipe accidently breaks the pipe and falls on Brolly's head. Trunks and Goten step in and send a wave of energy attacks at Brolly. However, Goten sees, Satan hanging on for his life and leaves Trunks to save him. Brolly attacks Goten and wreaks Trunks till they lose mostly all of their power. Jaguar tries to stop Brolly but he simply shoots eye beams at him destroying the staircase he was on.

Goten gets up and begins to fight Brolly alone. However because of his injured shoulder, he gets caught in one of Brolly's attacks. Brolly chokes Goten out until he loses Super Saiyan and Krillin sends a Destructo Disk right at Brolly's head. It cuts right through but Brolly's head just sinks back on. Brolly attacks Krillin and sends him flying.

Trunks gets up and sees Jaguar hanging from the ledge as the bio slime rises. This gives him an idea. Trunks then moons Brolly and flips him off in order to get him to follow him. This gives Trunks the chance to blow the container with the slime in it directly over Brolly's head. However, his energy attack failed at first, but after a few seconds the slime drops on Brolly.

After the last trace of Brolly seemed to be gone, the bio slime started seeping into the island. Goten, Trunks, and Krillin begain to save the people of the island and ships of the islands inhabitants begain leaving the wasteland. The entire island became covered in the bio slime. Mr. Satan is the last one to escape the island. He swims into the ocean, where Goten observes the slime cannot regenerate. Krillin, Trunks, and Goten perform a triple Kamehameha and create a tidal wave over the island to try and destroy the slime before it engulfs the Earth. The island becomes normal again but not before a gigantic bio-Brolly emerges from the ocean yelling "Kakarot." However since he was completely slime, he became like stone and Trunks and Goten were quick to put a final end to the menace of Brolly. It of course ends on a happy note as Mr. Satan asks to be saves, but 18 says it will cost 40 million zeni, making his total 100 million zeni. Satan decides he would rather swm.

The last scence shows Goku and he is talking to Bubbles. He says that King Kai wants him to visit Hell and take care of Brolly who has been making a mess. What's a DBZ movie without Goku??
